How can I modify the address/contact/items after placing the order?
Once placed, the order cannot be modified at all as once you place it we start with the invoicing and processing within few hours.

When will I get my order?
Order gets delivered anytime within 10-15 working days from the day of placing it.

I was unavailable to receive the parcel, can you ship it again or cancel it?
We can certainly ship it again however shipping charge i.e. flat 100/- will be charged. Cancellation isn’t possible.
How can I cancel my order?
Once shipped out, order cannot be cancelled. However, if it hasn’t shipped out we can try to do the needed. Contact us on email@example.com.
How to return the products?
The products cannot be returned or exchanged.
I received damaged product/package. What should I do?
Send us a picture of damaged item in the box that you received it in within 48 hours of receiving the order to firstname.lastname@example.org & we will replace it. No replacements will be done later than 48 hours.
